AI screening roundComplete recruitment ATS
Run the entire recruitment desk in one record. With the screening round already done.
Joresay is a complete applicant tracking system — jobs, clients, the candidate database, pipeline, client portals and invoicing — with an AI screening round built inside it. Every applicant gets a structured first conversation, and the cited dossier lands on the same record you shortlist, submit and bill from.
TODAYTwo weeks of calls, then a spreadsheet
WITH JORESAYA cited shortlist in four hours, on one record
Screening built inCited dossiers, not recollections
Closers surfaced earlyPay, notice and intent checked upfront
One record end to endShortlist to submission to invoice
THE PROBLEM
Four people. Four complaints. One cause.
Ask a recruiter, a hiring manager, a founder and a candidate what is wrong with hiring and you get four unrelated answers. They are the same answer.
01THE RECRUITER
Eleven at night, and the tracker is still wrong
Forty resumes retyped into a client's template. The same eight opening questions asked for the ninth time today. A strong candidate who went quiet on Tuesday because nobody had a spare hour to call them back.
02THE HIRING MANAGER
The third hour this week, for a profile that never fit
Nobody asked what they expected to be paid, or when they could actually start. One question on day one would have saved the panel three hours in week three — and it is the panel that pays for the omission.
03THE FOUNDER
A question asked on Monday, answered on Friday
Which mandates are slipping, where the team's capacity actually went, what will close this quarter. The answer exists. It is spread across six spreadsheets and four people's memory.
04THE CANDIDATE
Nine days of silence, then an offer somewhere else
The strongest people are gone inside a week. They are not waiting to hear whether a panel had availability, and they rarely tell you that is why they stopped replying.
The work that decides everything happens where nobody has the hours to do it properly. None of it is a shortage of judgement. It is judgement spent on repetition.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN IT
Not a screening tool with a database attached.
Six numbers a demo call can check in ten minutes.

THE ANSWER
One platform, in two halves.
A screening round that runs the conversation nobody has time for, inside an applicant tracking system that already runs the rest of the desk.
The ATS should keep working between the big moments.
A shortlist is only useful if candidates stay warm, tasks stay owned and the next action happens on time. These are not add-ons around Joresay. They are part of the same record.
01
PLAN
Turn the hiring goal into today's work
Run daily, weekly, monthly and multi-day drive plans with per-job and per-recruiter targets. Progress updates as candidates move, so managers see the gap before the day ends.
02
FOLLOW UP
Let due work chase the desk
Interview, offer, joining and general follow-ups carry owners and due dates. Due and overdue work is nudged automatically instead of living in someone's memory.
03
KEEP WARM
Reach people on the channel they answer
Email, WhatsApp, in-app and web-push notifications share the same candidate record, with reusable stage templates and delivery outcomes visible to the team.
04
PUBLISH
Make every open role look like your brand
Turn a live job into branded hiring creatives sized for the channels you publish on, without rebuilding the brief in a separate design workflow.
05
STAY LIVE
Keep the desk usable away from the desk
Install Joresay on mobile or desktop, receive push alerts, and recover cleanly from weak connections or a product update without losing the work in front of you.
And when a placement lands?Targets update, the leaderboard moves, and the same record continues into invoice and collection.
WHO IT IS FOR
Two desks, one platform.
FOR STAFFING AGENCIES & RPO
Win the mandate, protect the margin, get paid.
Branded client portals and vendor portals, included rather than sold separately
Per-client billing models, slabs and per-job rate overrides
Repeat-submission, cooling-off and anti-poaching guardrails enforced at the database
A full ATS. Jobs and requirements, clients and delivery, the candidate database, pipeline and stage history, sourcing and bulk resume parsing, client and vendor portals, invoicing and collections all ship as standard. The AI screening round is one stage inside that system, not a separate product bolted on.
Can we migrate from our current ATS?
Yes. Bulk import jobs, clients, candidates and stage history from CSV or Excel, or sync through the scoped REST API. Resumes come across with parsing intact, and most teams run Joresay alongside their existing system through the switch.
Does this replace our technical interview?
No. Joresay runs the screening round — the first conversation that decides who is worth a panel slot. Your technical round, system design round, and culture rounds stay exactly where they are. They just run on a shorter shortlist, with evidence already attached.
Can candidates tell it is an AI interviewer?
Yes — candidates are told explicitly before anything begins, in your own brand voice. Consent is captured upfront in line with US EEOC, EU GDPR, UAE DIFC, and India DPDP standards.
What happens on a weak connection or without a camera?
There is an automatic audio-only fallback. Answers are banked on every turn, so a dropped connection never loses an answer already recorded.
Who owns the recordings and transcripts?
You do. Recordings and transcripts are written into your own storage bucket (AWS S3 in your chosen region, Azure Blob, or Cloudflare R2) and accessed via short-lived signed URLs.
Is the score explainable to hiring managers?
Yes, and the model never sets it. Each competency is recomputed from its own question scores weighted by question, so the number always reconciles with the evidence beneath it. Every question score carries verbatim candidate quotes, and the report is a searchable PDF with the full transcript attached.
Do we have to use your AI account?
No. Connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, DeepSeek, Groq, NVIDIA NIM or Moonshot account — or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Usage bills to you at provider rates and we add no markup. Resume and JD parsing also run on a built-in rule-based engine, so the desk keeps working with AI switched off entirely.
Can our clients and vendors log in?
Yes, and both are included. Clients get a branded portal for their own mandates, candidates and interviews, with granular permissions over what they may do. Vendors get assigned jobs, a submission form and their own performance and invoices — with placement credit attributed to the vendor rather than the last recruiter who touched the record.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes — across client portals, vendor portals, candidate interview links, login screens, email notifications, sender identity, and legal pages.
How fast can a team go live?
Import your jobs and candidate records, connect your AI key, set your brand colour, and point your CNAME. Most teams run their first live AI screening the same day.
Where does data reside?
Company data is tenant-isolated with row-level separation. Files, audio and video reside in your chosen regional bucket — AWS US-East, Frankfurt, UAE Central, or Mumbai.
What happens if we leave?
Export all candidate profiles, transcripts, recordings, jobs, and billing history to CSV or Excel at any time, or sync continuously via the scoped REST API.
Does it handle high-volume campus and drive hiring?
Yes. Drive plans, bulk resume parsing, and parallel AI screening rounds are built to handle 500+ candidates at once without calendar bottlenecks.
SIX WEEKS FROM NOW
The same four people. An ordinary Tuesday.
THE RECRUITER
Leaves at six
Forty resumes parsed on arrival. Forty screening conversations ran while the desk slept. The client's tracker updated itself, in the columns that client asked for.
THE HIRING MANAGER
Four interviews, not eleven
Everyone reaching the panel has evidenced ownership, a pay expectation inside the band and a notice period that works. The rest were answered before anyone booked an hour.
THE FOUNDER
One screen, current as of now
Every mandate, every delivery risk, every recruiter's load and every rupee of pipeline — on the same record the interviews ran in.
THE CANDIDATE
Hears back the same day
With a decision a person can explain, quoting what they actually said. The ones worth keeping warm stay warm.
Nothing here is a heroic effort. It is one record, doing the work once.
Import your jobs and candidates, set your brand, connect your AI account. The desk runs on one record from today, with the screening round already in it.
